The Audit Committee serves as an advisory committee to the City Council, Mayor, City Administrator and Finance Director concerning the operations of the Finance Department. The Committee may participate in the selection of auditors, review the City's investment program, and advise in implementation of audit management recommendations.
Meetings of the Audit Committee are held as called. The Committee consists of five members appointed for terms of three years.
