City Charter (Effective April 4, 2007)

PERSONNEL BOARD

The Personnel Board is required to hear appeals of City employees and to oversee the selection and promotion of uniformed police and fire personnel.

Meetings of the Personnel Board are held as called. The Board consists of six members appointed for terms of three years.
