PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
The Parks and Recreation Board shall make and adopt bylaws, rules and regulations for the government of the parks and the recreation programs of the City. The Board shall direct the expenditure of funds from the parks tax, bond proceeds and revenues from parks and recreational facilities and shall be responsible for the administration, care and maintenance of the City cemetery. The Board is assisted in the matter of the City Cemetery by the CEMETERY ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

Regular Park Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Memorial Hall building at 6:00 pm. The Board consists of nine members appointed for terms of three years.
