The Public Facilities Authority Board shall engage in activities for the benefit of the City that are permissible for not-for-profit corporations. The Board shall issue revenue bonds on behalf of the City to facilitate the financing of Capital Improvements for the benefit, use or ownership of the City (the City Council must adopt an ordinance approving each specific issuance of obligations).
Meetings of the Public Facilities Authority Board are held as called. The Board consists of three members appointed for terms of three years.
