The BOCA Board of Appeals meets as required regarding appeals of the Building Code Official’s interpretations of the various codes. The Board also meets to affirm or deny actions taken by the Code Official in the condemnation of structures.
The Board meetings are called as necessary. There are five regular members of the Board with four alternates. The Board member terms are for five years.
