CITY OF ST. CHARLES ELECTRICIAN’S INFORMATION We honor the County’s testing, but you must have a separate compliance bond in the amount of $10,000 for the "City of Saint Charles" and a $100 deposit. (The bond must state "City of Saint Charles") and must have an ending date of June 30th or continuous. The deposit is refundable. If you determine that you will not be doing any more electrical work in the City of Saint Charles, and all electrical bills have been paid, you must submit, in writing, a request for your deposit to be refunded.
