The following is a listing of fees for various application processes and also a list of maps and regulations available for purchase from the Department of Community Development located in City Hall at 200 North Second Street, Third Floor, Suite 303.

Definitions
Estimated Construction CostThe greater of the following: The cost of construction as stated by the applicant on the permit application or the cost of construction according to the most recent square foot construction costs table as published by the International Code Council, Inc.

Integrated Permit:  one permit issued for a combination of all building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing construction to be completed in the same structure.
