Notice is hereby given that the
City of St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking proposals for the
Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 6, 2008 at
2:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers fourth floor of City Hall
located at 200 North Second Street, St. Charles, MO 63301.
Bid documents will be available on July 22, 2008. These
documents will be available through the Purchasing Office. Bid
documents may be requested by calling 636.940.4668 or picked up
during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
St. Charles City reserves the right to accept or to reject any
or all bids. The City of St. Charles reserves the right to waive
any variances from original bid specifications in cases where
the variances are considered to be in the best interest of the
City. Proposals must be held open for a period of 120 days
following the opening.
