The Records Bureau has the responsibility for all aspects of records
management. Supervisor Debbie Russ oversees four employees who
provide logistical support to police officers with police reports.
Records personnel also provide assistance in the compilation of
statistical data for various Federal and State reports and
information for other purposes. They also provide assistance to
citizens, attorneys, insurance companies and others who are seeking
copies of police reports or other public information. During regular
business hours, Records personnel answer all non-emergency telephone
calls to the department and direct those calls to the appropriate
person. The Records department is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00
p.m.
