| The St.
Charles Municipal Court for the
City of St. Charles is a division of the St. Charles County Circuit
Court, Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Missouri. The
Municipal Court Code provides that the Municipal Court shall be
subject to the rules of the Circuit Court and to the rules of the
State Supreme Court. The Municipal Court shall be subject to the
general administrative authority of the Presiding Judge of the
St. Charles County Circuit Court, and the Municipal Judge and Court
personnel of such Court shall obey his/her directives. Cases in the
St. Charles Municipal Court involve alleged violations of the City of
